Notes on shipping + packaging
For goods in stock, your consignment will usually arrive within 2-3 working days. (Except for direct debit and prepayment)
We offer the following shipping companies:

Shipping costs
Delivery within Germany: Delivery within Germany: The shipping costs are a flat rate of 5,99 euros. There are NO shipping costs for deliveries with a value of 75 euros or more - except for any cash on delivery charges. Shipping costs also apply to telephone orders.
Delivery to foreign countries: Please refer to the following table for shipping charges for deliveries abroad.
After creating your customer profile and entering the delivery address, the correct shipping costs are displayed in the shopping basket.
Payment
PayPal: Wenn Sie mit PayPal zahlen möchten, ist das der einfachste Weg. Sie werden im Verlauf des Warenkorbes und Bezahlvorganges automatisch zu PayPal weitergeleitet. Bitte beachten Sie: Sollten Sie bei PayPal per Banküberweisung bezahlen, kann das die Lieferzeit verzögern.
Cash on delivery Der Nachnahmeversand erfolgt per DHL. Die Kosten hierfür betragen 7,00 Euro zusätzlich. Der Gesamtbetrag (Warenwert, Versand + Nachnahmekosten) wird vom Zusteller in bar in Empfang genommen. Nachnahmesendungen sind nur innerhalb Deutschlands möglich.
Prepayment: Am Ende Ihrer Bestellbestätigung (per E-Mail) erhalten Sie alle benötigten Bankdaten. Bitte geben Sie daher Ihre E-Mail Adresse korrekt an! Sobald der Betrag unserem Konto gutgeschrieben ist, wird die Ware sofort versandt.
Payment on collection: Order online and pay conveniently when you collect your order from one of our two record shops.
Your order will be reserved for 14 days.
Delivery
We deliver your items as quickly as possible. If an item is not available or delivery is delayed, we will inform you by e-mail at short notice. We normally deliver all shipments by DHL.
